Chiffon Cake is a very light, sponge cake, made moist with oil and eggs.  Although it is a creation of the United States, it has been embraced and even more popular in Japan.  I present it here in many traditional flavors, including those normally only found in Japan, like roasted green tea and cherry blossom.  

What is as popular as Japanese Chiffon cake?  Japanese Chiffon Cake Sandwiches! Tradition has these filled with whipped cream, but I provide them in a super light, Moch Whipped Cream.  The combination of a sweet cream sandwiched between chiffon cake layers is delicious! 

Is it possible to have a Vegan Angel Food Cake?  The base of angel food cake is whipped egg whites.   I have created a completely vegan angel food cake, at the request of family members. This tastes like angel food cake, looks like angel food cake, but has no animal product!
